Well hello there...

And welcome to Le Trousseau - the luxury wedding accessories boutique.

Our arrival on the wedding scene comes after some (fabulous) months of hand-picking the most perfect and pretty pieces to make your Big Day a big deal. And we're delighted with the outcome. Sourced from lands as far-flung as Mexico (and as local as London...) the Le Trousseau team have stopped at nothing to ensure our products are just right. We love them and we're sure you will too.

In fact, each and every one of the beautiful baubles you'll find throughout our pages has been chosen because we think it's darling - and the ones we love the most have been stamped with our special seal of approval - 'Amour'.

We loved every moment of our wedding planning - from the first excitement of journal shopping (well, we all need to keep note of those items of desire...), to the all-import venue hunt, deciding on the most divine dress and selecting suitable (yet oh-so-stylish and dare we say sexy?!) shoes. Then there's save the date cards, invites, orders of service...place settings, table plans and favours, not to mention the many to-die-for trinkets that make your wedding you.

So, we sorted the big bits - Venue? Check. Dress? Check. Shoes? Check. Suits? Check. Flowers? Check. But what of the rest? Where could we find the unique and individual touches that would make our day, well, our day...

*Sniffle* Sadly, we soon discovered that the world seemed to be somewhat short of a luxury wedding accessories boutique...there was no one place we could find glorious goodies to grace our ceremony and make our reception truly remarkable. And that's what we wanted. Our country house venue was beyond beautiful and deserved only but the best in terms of decoration, but try as we might, we struggled to find a thing that met our exacting standards. Hmmm. We wanted pure unbridled luxury!

We soldiered on (such brave soulmates!), ordering items from all over the world - bespoke invites from the US, gorgeous carved place settings from France (we love France), ribbons from Italy...the list goes on. It was a joy, but we couldn't help think that it would be nice to pore over such perfection all in one place.

Our Big Day came and went, and soon, friends who were getting married bombarded us with calls and emails to ask where we'd sourced such lovely stuff... and an idea was born.
